Fantastic Stay Near Times Square!
clean sheets safe neighborhood helpful staff
I REALLY liked the helpful staff, especially at check-in. They were efficient and informative. The sheets and comforters felt super clean and new. It was like a brand new hotel, SO white. I felt safe in the neighborhood, important to me.
The breakfast area was a bit small, so there was sometimes a wait.

i found the location quite convenient, near times square and subway stations. the standard breakfast offered enough variety to start the day. the staff seemed happy to assist guests.

very small room big disappointment
the breakfast had lots of options, acceptable.
My room felt very small. It was not suitable at all, i barely knew where to put my stuff. it was a big disappointment and really affected my time there.
